1. Products meet international standards, such as UL, CUL, CE, KC, TUV etc .
2. Products based on customer contract orders, customer-specific technical requirements, customer recognition of samples, or other information requirements.
3. Based on passed samples, "technical drawings", "count sampling inspection method operating instructions", "incoming inspection specifications" , IQC will do sampling test for every batch of incoming raw materials. Green label means qualified, red label for the unqualified. Once found the unqualified products, IQC will write a unqualified report to PMC and let purchase department return the faulty products to suppliers.
4. QC, IPQC, QA will do a series of test on production line, which is based on passed samples, "BOM", "operating instructions", "LED inspection standards", "test procedures", packaging instructions and related information, industry standards etc.
Let's take the panel lights as example
Led panel (Including components and accessories) pass many national Certification, like UL,CUL,DLC, CE,ROHS etc.

(2). Aluminum frame without scratches, bumps, pits, gaps or other faulty.

(5). Well Assembled , no gaps between joints.
(6). Shaking Panel lights without sound from inside.
(7). The terminals are connected correctly and are not loose.
(8). Must Connect Ground wire.
(1). No dead lights, dark lights and so on
(2). No yellow light, uneven light, strange color from led panel side.
(3). No snow spots, black spots, impurities When you see the panel.
(4). No diffusion plate scratches, black spots, impurities, light guide plate scratches, dark areas, strobe, flashing, light leakage, bright side When turn on or dim led panels.
(5). The specifications or parameters strictly based on customer order requirements; color temperature standards based on the United States Energy Star implementation.
(1). When doing Panel lamp aging process, the temperature can not exceed basic requirements.
(2). The temperature of Frequent operation or contact parts & hand holding parts: the surface temperature of the parts does not exceed 60 degrees, non-metallic surface temperature does not exceed 75 degrees (test conditions, the ambient temperature of 25 degrees).
(1). Wrong products or accessories and equipment are not allowed.
(2). Inside/ outside package information should be consistent with order requirements;
(3). The well-packed product box should pass amplitude 145RPM / 2 hours of transport simulation vibration test; printing logo must clear, no damage of product performance , spare parts, and so on.
(4). The well-packed product box of bulk shipments products can through the test which let the box free fall in the cement ground from 80CM height.
Finished product inspection, IQC test:
Strictly based on GB2828-2003 general inspection level II;
AQL value: CR0, MAJ: 0.65, MIN: 1.5.
(1)incoming aspects of the first material suppliers production capacity, price, quality, delivery review, access to qualified suppliers list, in order to purchase delivery.
(2)IQC strict implementation of the acceptance process and quality inspection standards, each batch of materials for sampling, acceptance of qualified materials posted green stickers can be sent to the production line. Unqualified raw material label red , and sign the "incoming abnormal report" to informed PMC, purchase return processing.
(3)Each order for the first test. The first performance, parameters, appearance, process are qualified and then mass production.
(4)IPQC every 1 hour on the patch group, drive group, assembly group, packaging group process inspection. Static ring, ferrochrome temperature, electric batches of strength, reflow temperature, SMD room temperature, humidity and other equipment / equipment inspection records and supervision.
(5)the patch set of QC inspect the led strip appearance, performance, the whole article light inspection;Driver group QC full inspection for semi-finished products power supply parameters;Assembly group QC to full inspection finished product appearance.
(6)Aging of the product 24 hours.
(7)integrating sphere QA appearance, packing, delivery, IES sampling;The performance test all inspection.
(8)QC, IPQC, QA will test the data record report, the test process worse than the standard open "quality exception" in a timely manner to inform the relevant personnel analysis and processing, in accordance with the solution rework after the re-inspection of qualified products into the next order or shipping.
